I have settled in the U.K over 20 years , and I have always missed the nostalgic Asian Food

In 2005, because of working in hotel and hospitality, I met my current Vietnamese husband, who is a chef, and gave me a lot of advice, which greatly increased my interest in cooking and baking.

As time went by I joined coffee shop which makes pastry and desserts., from watching them making these pastry it brought back my childhood memory from Hong Kong.

as a child would stand beside my grandmother quietly watching her making beautiful pastry and desserts.

The taste of her pastries has always been imprinted in my mind, I wanted to bring these flavours to reality.

I pursue in the art of baking and my husband cooks Vietnamese food, both of us hope to bring the taste of Asia here for others to try
