'Hilton Hams began with a love of cured meats and has evolved into a dedication to crafting only the finest slow-cured products. After 12 years working as a chef I spent 7 years working under the guidance of Britain’s finest charcuterie makers and learnt what true quality really is. My products are made using only the highest quality ingredients and just enough spice to highlight the natural flavours. It’s charcuterie as it should be: Pure, simple and exceptional. Enjoy!’
